Country style ribs are very similar to pork shoulder, and are sometimes cut directly from it. For a chop-like texture they can be sous vided for 18 to 36 hours; the temperature depends on the doneness you prefer. For more "fall off the bone" ribs, you can select 165°F (73.9°C) for 6 to 14 hours but you can go higher or lower depending on your goal.
